Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid additional charges.
Have your valuables put away to avoid accidents. Limited liability protection for valuable antiques or non-replaceable items.
Customer has 30 days to request or report damaged or broken items for replacement or repair. After 30 days customer assumes liability.
If you choose to leave the alarm on and have the service disarm, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system.
To Cancel a Cleaning we need a 24 to 48 hour notice from the day of cleaning. There is a charge up to $60.00 for no notice cancellations and lockouts. When you skip a visit, there is a $10.00 fee on your next visit, this is for the extra time it may take us because you skipped a visit. If you are sick and it’s your cleaning day, please call our office by 730 am. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning that same week. Please do not have us clean if your family is home with the flu. Remember you are home because you are contagious! Thank you.
If we do not carry a key and we can not gain access to get in to your home, you will be charged a fee of $60.00. If something comes up and you know you are not going to be home at the time of visit, please call the Office number to avoid this fee.
As we try to keep to a schedule, there may be times it gets thrown off due to traffic, or the time allowed for the job before yours. We will do our best to keep within a three hour window. This is why it's always best that we carry a key.
Payment is due at time of service. WE DO NOT BILL YOU. There is a $5.00 late fee that will apply if payment is not left at the time of your visit. Payment forms are cash, check, Visa, M/C, Amex and Discover.
Coupons are only valid on your first, second, and third visits. Please read coupons carefully. Coupons may only be redeemed when left with your payment. Coupons are not valid with Gift Certificates or any other discount offer.
Paper Gift Certificates are promotional or discounted items and may not be combined together or with any special discounted offer or coupon, black out days or dates apply. Must be present and redeemed at time of cleaning and have no cash value. Only one gift certificate may be used at a time.
Plastic Gift Cards can be used the same as cash and expire one year from issue date. Card must be present and redeemed at time of cleaning and have no cash value.
